Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Head Brewer to join our team.
As the Head Brewer, you will be responsible for the production and packaging of our craft beers.

Responsibilities:
- Execute all aspects of the brewing process, including mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, and conditioning - Monitor and maintain brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance - Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines - Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products - Maintain accurate records of brewing activities, including batch logs and inventory - Collaborate with other team members to develop new beer recipes and improve existing ones - Assist with packaging operations, including canning, bottling, labeling, and kegging - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with brewing equipment - Fabricate or modify equipment when necessary Requirements:
- Previous experience in brewing or related field preferred - Strong knowledge of brewing processes, ingredients, and techniques - Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and food safety regulations - Ability to operate brewing equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks - Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical issues with brewing equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team If you are passionate about craft beer and have the skills required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
